How do I reserve accommodation?
You contact our office to arrange an appointment,
when viewing the accommodation, you bring £100 (cash,
cheque with guarantee card or credit card) The £100
is only left if you wish to reserve accommodation.
The £100 is then deducted from your initial rental
payment.
What are the rents on the accommodation?
Studios are from £95 - £170 per week.
The rents are paid calendar monthly on the first
day of each month.
Are there any fees?
Yes. £99 for drawing up the contracts and credit
checking guarantor. |
