How long are the agreements for?
The Assured Shorthold Tenancy is for a minimum period
of 8 months and subject to the landlords consent
are renewable.
Is there any maintenance?
Yes. We have a full time in house maintenance team
to take care of all your problems in the flats.
A cleaner cleans the common parts weekly.
Are there telephones?
Yes. Most properties have a payphone which takes
incoming and outgoing calls. However, many studios
do have lines in them which you may wish to take
over.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm |
