What do you mean NO DEPOSIT?

Usually when looking for accommodation people are confronted by the high cost of moving into rented accommodation.

It is normal practice to charge one month’s rent in advance and six weeks deposit.

This could be in excess of £3,000.00.

At Unlimited Properties we offer our unique NO DEPOSIT SCHEME. Instead of paying a huge deposit we require a letter of guarantee that can be signed by a friend or relative who owns a property in England.

How do I reserve accommodation?

You contact our office to arrange an appointment. When viewing accommodation, you bring £150 (cash, or debit/credit card). The £150 is only left if you wish to reserve the accommodation, which is then deducted from your initial rental payment.

WHAT ARE THE RENTS ON THE ACCOMMODATION?

Studios from £199 – £300 P.W.

The rents are paid calendar monthly on the FIRST day of each month.

ARE THERE ANY FEES?

No.

IS ELECTRICITY INCLUDED?

No. Each flat has its own meter which is read every 6 months. The tenant is then billed the amount which is paid with the next month’s rent.

IS COUNCIL TAX AND WATER RATES INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

Yes.

ARE THE FLATS FURNISHED?

Yes. All the studios have wood strip floors, single or double beds, rugs and blinds. Most of the furniture is supplied by Ikea. All studios have their own kitchens with full-size cookers, fridge/freezers, washing machines and fully tiled showers. The studios are double glazed.

We also include a starter pack of a brand new kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, duvet, pillows, pots, pans and towels all for free.

IS THERE ANY MAINTENANCE?

Yes. We have a full-time in-house maintenance team to take care of all your problems in the flats. A cleaner cleans the common parts weekly.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Monday to Friday – 10am to 4pm.
